Specialist children’s Speech & Language Therapy – offering strategies and ongoing support to young children and their families.
Your child’s journey
Help your child flourish, reach their full potential… & have fun along the way
At So to Speak, we have supported many, many families over many years. We understand that every child’s journey is unique, and we are here to be part of it in whatever way works best for you. We aim high and work alongside you to give your child the tools, confidence, and support they need to thrive.
1. Initial consultation
You’ll visit one of our clinics and meet with a highly specialised therapist from our team. You talk, we listen, we observe, and we work with your child to understand their strengths and needs.
2. Planning together
We create a plan that works for your family and your child. This may include therapy targets, a report, or strategies to share with your child’s school or nursery.
3. Next steps
We decide on the best way forward –whether that’s starting therapy, arranging a review in a few months, or liaising with educational settings if needed.
4. Therapy or review
The magic begins! Your child takes part in therapy sessions, either individually or in small groups. We check in regularly and adjust the plan as needed to make sure progress continues.
5. Ongoing support
We stay connected throughout your child’s journey. Some families continue to keep in touch, sharing achievements and milestones along the way.
What families have said…
“Laura came highly recommended to me as a truly incredible Speech & Language Therapist. My daughter was diagnosed with Kleefstra Syndrome and I was told by her paediatrician it was unlikely Emily would ever speak – and without Laura, perhaps this might have been the case. But thanks to her utter professionalism, relentless dedication, incredible knowledge and kindness, Emily now speaks in full sentences and this is complete testament to Laura’s expertise.”
